Skim across Jersey’s crystal clear waters, turning and building up speed by cutting from side to side across the wake. Age, size, or level of physical fitness are no bar to trying this pulse racing sport. And you can learn fast – by the end of your first day you’ll be able to stand, cross the wake and make elementary turns.
